If you need your order rushed or by a specific event date, please be sure to select the appropriate shipping options based on delivery dates.
Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore NISHKAMI is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
All 'FREESHIP' orders will be processed using Standard Priority Mail. This shipping coupon will not work for Express or International orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Please follow all care instructions for your items. Most third eye adornments have very tiny stones and require your attentiveness when unboxing your goods.
All bindi and head wrap purchases are FINAL SALE.
Apparel orders can be exchanged up to 7 days from the delivery date. If you would like to exchange your order for other goodies or another size, simply email email@example.com with all exchange details. You will be provided with shipping information, a Return Authorization Number or Exchange Form promptly. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return, you will receive store credit which does not expire. All store credit codes are unique and do not expire.
NISHKAMI reserves the right to refuse any returns without a RA number.
Clothing items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. All exchanged items must be accompanied by the Exchange Form.
Please note: The return label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received defective, or wrong item(s). New goodies will be shipped free of charge.
When your return has been processed you will be notified by email. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your account.
